Ping Collector (Client) 1.0.1 Released

Mostly bug fixes for installation on Windows 8 machines, and better error reporting.

Change Log:

• The installer will now attempt to install/enable .Net 3.5 Framework on Windows 8 machines via DISM before installing Ping Collector.
• Ping Collector Config/Service will now properly show/log an error instead of crashing when no internet connection is found.
• Uninstalling will now remove saved configuration values from Ping Collector Config.
